Vegetarian Okra Stew Ingredients 1Kg Okra 1 onion chopped 1Tbsp minced garlic 200g tomato puree 200g chopped tomatoes 1tsp Leena Garam Masala Salt and pepper to taste 4Tbsp olive oil   Method Heat oil in a pan on medium heat Add onion and garlic Saute for 5 minutes or until translucent Add salt, pepper, garam masala, and stir for 2 minutes Add tomatoes and tomato puree Cook for 5 to 6 minutes Add okra and boil for 2 minutes Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes or until okra is tender. Spinach with potatoes – Authentic Saag Recipe Ingredients 300g spinach chopped 200g potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 medium tomato, chopped 1tsp cumin seeds 2 onions, diced into small pieces 4Tbsp oil 2 tsp Leena Saag Masala Spice 1Tbsp fresh cream (optional) Method Boil spinach with garlic, ginger,onions and ½ cup of water for 10 minutes. Yogurt Dip with Pineapple Ingredients 1 Cup thick yogurt 1 small onion, finely chopped ½ inch ginger piece grated 2 Tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped 1 Tbsp cheese, grated 2 Tbsp chopped pineapple 1 green chilli deseeded and chopped 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp Leena Yogurt Dip Salt and pepper to taste   Method   In a bowl combine yogurt, onion, ginger, coriander, cheese, pineapple, green chilli, mustard, Leena Yogurt Dip, salt and pepper.
