I was impressed how prompt the delivery was. Unfortunately I had a bad allergic reaction to the hing. When I was frying it, it got into my sinuses so the reaction was not only from the tiny amount I ingested. I recovered mostly in 3 days. My reaction was very similar to my reactions to garlic.
