A blend of exotic Middle Eastern spices commonly used in Lebanese, Turkish, Iranian and Arab cuisine. It is used to flavor ground meat, stews, soups, fish, lamb, chicken, beef, and vegetables. To make a marinade using this spice blend, add Baharat spice blend to sumac, lime juice and olive oil.
