I think I've gone a bit crazy for Sichuan peppercorns, but these are really, really good. Have made Sichuan chicken in various forms a couple of times now, and these really make a big difference - the tongue-numbing buzz afterwards is awesome! Have even started throwing them in with some chilli paste with two-minute noodles which really jazzes up that dish. Thanks!
