Yogurt Dip with Pineapple
- 1 Cup thick yogurt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- ½ inch ginger piece grated
- 2 Tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp chopped pineapple
- 1 green chilli deseeded and chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Leena Yogurt Dip
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl combine yogurt, onion, ginger, coriander, cheese, pineapple, green chilli, mustard, Leena Yogurt Dip, salt and pepper.
- Mix well
- Serve with chips or enjoy in sandwich.
