Q: Are you still taking orders?

A: Yes. We are an online business and it is running as normal as before.

Q: Are there any delays in delivering my order?

A: Due to online shopping on the increase, we may be running 3 to 5 working days behind shipping. Also our courier company has informed us that due to the circumstances some orders might be delayed in deliveries.

Q: Do you have any discounts for this time period?

A: We understand that we all are going through difficult times. So we have made all our products 20% cheaper than the normal price.

Q: Do I need a discount voucher to avail the special price?

A: No. You don’t need anything. The discounted price shows up in your cart.

Q: Are there any discounts on shipping?

A: Yes. We reduced the free shipping rates from $100 to $85.00 to all New Zealand addresses. Once you match or cross this thresh hold you don't get charged on shipping.

Q: Do you charge extra for rural addresses.

A: No. Our rates are the same for all addresses throughout New Zealand.

Q: How much do you charge on shipping?

A: We ship all orders tracked via courier. Our minimum rate is $5.80 for 300g within New Zealand. That means you can add more products to the cart at the same rate. When you reach the checkout you can see if the shipping rate stays the same or varies. This way you can make a better decision before making a payment. Tap Here to go on the shipping rates page.

Q: What mode of payments do you accept?

A: You can pay with credit card, Paypal or direct into our NZ bank account.

Q: Do you accept part payments?

A: Yes. Before you are ready to pay you get the options at the checkout. You can do Afterpay, Zip, Humm, Laybuy, Oxipay, and Genoapay.

Q: Can you ship overseas?

A: Yes we get orders and ship all over the world.

Q: Do you have all the products in stock?

A: Due to huge demand we may have to order some products from our suppliers. This may cause a few days delay.

Q: What if the delay is too long?

A: We will keep you informed. If the delay is too long we will ship your available order and if you ask, give you a refund for the back order.

Q: Are Leena Spice blend gluten-free?

A: Yes. All our Leena spice blends are gluten-free. When we make spice blends we grind whole ingredients and don’t use any powder form.

Q: Are your spices hot?

A: No. There is a common misconception that spices are supposed to be hot. There is a difference between spicy and being hot. All Leena spice blends are very mild. We don’t put any chillies and you can add your own.

Q: Are your spices nut-free?

A: Absolutely yes. We don’t add any preservatives or additives like nuts, flour, sugar, salt, artificial colouring or anything extra. With the only exception for Dukkah Spice that contains hazel nuts. All our blends are just the mix of ingredients that show on the label. Nothing extra. Leena Spices are all-natural.

Q: Where do you get your spice blends from?

A: Leena Spices is our own company brand. We make all blends ourselves.

Q: How much quantity can I use for cooking?

A: Since our spices are pure, just 1 to 2 teaspoons are enough depending on your taste. This is just a suggested amount for a family of 4 to 5 members. Our website has many recipes with suggestions.

Q: Do you have recipes for all the spices?

A: Most of the authentic ones come with a recipe at the back. The seasonings have no recipes and can be used to your own liking. You can also find many different recipes and videos on our site.

Q: What type of dishes can I prepare using these spices?

A: You can be an innovative chef and experiment a spice with any dish. Non vegetarian spices can be used in vegetarian cooking and vice versa. We get emails from customers who tell us that they tried to mix may be two to three spices in one particular dish with excellent results.

Q: How can I keep my spices fresh?

A: All our spices come in eco-friendly resealable bags. After use just seal and keep them in a dark place preferably in pantry or a drawer.

Q: Will my spice taste the same next time?

A: We suggest that you use the blends within two years after opening. Nothing will go wrong because there are no additives or preservatives.

Q: How soon will I get my order?

A: We make spices in small quantities and pack them fresh for you. Depending on demand you will be shipped within 3 to 5  business days after you place an order. We send on a first-come basis.

Q: Can I find Leena Spices Blends in stores?

A: We are more focused on B2C meaning Business to Consumer. If we sell to stores then the price is bound to go up. This will put an extra burden on our customers. You can buy direct from us online. Our International consumers can also shop for our spices from Amazon US. This will save them on shipping cost and time delays.

Q: Can I buy and on sell your spices?

A: Yes you can. Please let us know beforehand.
