Pani Puri or Golgappa is one of the most popular street food of India and South Asia.
The name is derived from Pani meaning water. Puri refers to fried crispy round and hollow fried balls stuffed with homemade potato masala, sweet chutney and flarvorful Pani water. If you don't prefer the full flavour you can strain it.
Leena Panipuri Spice is a ready for Pani, and you can just add to water to create a refreshing drink. We have carefully researched and tested this tangy and flavourful spice to our satisfaction.
If your taste buds require, you can add tamarind pulp, sugar, salt and chillis. Instead of Tamarind you can add lemon or lime juice.
To make Pani (water) add about 25g of Leena Pani Puri masala spice to 1 litre of water. Taste and adjust by adding more spice or water. You can have this drink on its own without Puri. You can have with ice or serve chilled from fridge.
