RECIPE AFGHANI CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
- 500g chicken pieces
- 2 tbsp cashew paste
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 1 ½ tsp Leena Afghan spice blend
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
- Preheat a grill, charcoal grill or barbecue.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, ensuring the chicken pieces are coated evenly.
- Keep in the fridge and allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken pieces over a grill until tender.
- Serve with mint chutney and naan.
