CHILLI ALEPPO PUL BIBER RED
As a chilli consumer of some years and a chilli grower just for myself, I did not think much of these chillies. I found them lacking in flavour and heat. I sprinkled a handsome tsp over my scrambled eggs this morning. I'll go back to my usual cayenne pepper option. However, I was recommended by Ottolenghi that these are the chillies to use in his recipes. Perhaps I'll use these in his recipes and change my mind? Not keen though.
enjoying my fantastic spices from Leenas Spices, easy ordering and fast delivery I highly recommend seller.
Chilli Aleppo experience
all good, good that I found your website
Love the taste of the chilli- a beautiful warm heat . It is more finely ground though than in the photo. No seeds- this would have made it slightly hotter which would have pleased me even more.
