AMOK CURRY POWDER SPICE - LEENA SPICES PRODUCT
AMOK CURRY POWDER SPICE BLEND - LEENA SPICES PRODUCT
Amok Curry Powder is a blend of ingredients traditionally used to create the famous Cambodian dish known as the Amok Curry.
For centuries Cambodian’s have combined the Amok Spice with fresh fish and coconut milk, traditionally steamed and served in a banana leaf with rice – to produce a mousse-like curry with exceptional flavor.
The Amok Spice is not exclusive to curry and works perfectly with chicken, prawns, tofu, and vegetables. This Amok Curry Powder can be the foundation of any dish, with its subtle hints of lemongrass and flavorsome turmeric, complemented with a zesty kick of kaffir lime leaves – and topped off with the freshness of coriander and ginger.
A classic and aromatic blend of spices to create an authentic Cambodian flavor.
Our Amok Curry Powder is free from preservatives, additives, salt, sugar, and artificial colours – giving you the best quality ingredients straight to your door.
Transform your cooking with a Cambodian flare and reinvent the flavors with the best taste and aroma.

Due to the hormonal impact of cinnamon, I have been searching now for a while to find a blend that has flavour as well. So far the best from the cinnamon-free varieties.
Made fish curry with this spice, it was quick and easy and so delicious !
Easy to use and very tasty. An unusual spice blend but one I had eaten in Cambodia and really enjoyed. This was also enjoyable and my family were impressed.
