A spice blend from Italy, used in Bruschetta bread. Simply sprinkle this spice on Italian style bread with fresh tomatoes and herbs.
This can also be used in other bread dishes, Italian dishes, and salads.
Add in soup mixes or natural yoghurt, for a tangy dip. Mix this spice with vinegar, olive oil, tomato paste, salt, and chilli flakes to create a unique tomato sauce.
