Dukkah is an Egyptian spices blend which uses a mixture of carefully roasted and coarsely ground herbs, spices, and nuts to give the Dukkah flavor. Dukkah is mixed with olive oil and salt, and served as a dip with toasted bread. This mixture can also be sprinkled over pasta dishes, and salads, mixed with olive oil and salt, and brushed over pizza or pita. It can be coated on chicken or fish, then grilled as well.
Ingredients: Black Pepper, Coriander, Cumin, Hazelnut, Marjoram, Mint, Paprika, Sesame Seeds white and Thyme.
